CPS X7500/4SM Shrink Wrapping and Packaging Solution

Bundles of 500 or 1000 banknotes are transported from the XR via a secure closed-loop system into the SmartPack™ system. Here, they are wrapped and hermetically sealed to create strong, tamperproof bundles that meet the security criteria of central banks worldwide.

The option to label each bundle with a time, date, barcode, QR code and any other required configurable data provides full traceability of each individual bundle.

SmartPack™ takes the packaging process one step further by connecting multiple sorters, each with their own in-pocket bundling, into one on-line automated packaging system, truly optimising efficiency.

Efficiently automates the process of banknote sorting, bundling, QR code printing, stamping, stacking, label printing, and pre-wrapping of large bundles; significantly reducing manpower and material costs while greatly enhancing sorting efficiency.
The comprehensive management software system offers rich content and enables dynamic monitoring and supervision of each unit's operational status. It also performs statistical accounting of the assembly line's clearing results.
Thermal transfer labels display customisable content, to include QR codes, for full traceability.
Easy to operate from the sorting workbench, with intelligent control, and clear alarm indication. Serial number upload is easy with a seamless connection with the banking system. The fully closed loop of the solution means the position of banknote units can be tracked at any time during operation.
