He is currently the Managing Director of Invicta Africa Limited, a company he founded in 2015. Invicta provides ongoing technological and logistical support to the Ugandan Directorate of Citizenship. In recent years, it has overseen the establishment of several regional passport processing sites around Uganda. In addition, Invicta has ongoing contracts with several major commercial banks, supplying and maintaining cash processing equipment as well as providing cheque books and bank guarantees. Humphrey previously worked in the food and hospitality industry.

As Managing Director of Innscor Uganda Ltd, he helped turn its flagship restaurant – Mateos into one of Kampala’s most popular eateries, while growing several other retail food brands.
